Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Front and back parking. Linen very clean and good quality.

Negative: I stayed one night, the layout is like an old flat unit, so is a bit dated. The shower had a fixed older Felton type shower fixture into a step up box tray shower with a metal shower tray, you can only stand in one spot to shower and if your taller than that shower fixture, not the unit for you. The water back up in shower tray was worrying, given you can’t see how clean the pipes are and it was kinda yuck. The unit was very far back from the road, but the noise of traffic was noisy! You cannot turn the tv up to dampen traffic noise as they have preset tv volume maximum, which makes it even harder to hear the TV because of traffic noise. Heat pump needs to be used as old aluminium sliding door and window frames, so air passes through. The heat pump louvres did not work, so air just goes straight to your head, as bed was directly under it. There is plastic roughly placed over window panels along main entrance, if you open the toilet window, anyone can look straight into toilet whilst walking past. The locking fixtures of windows are old. There are stairs from front to upper units, from rear parking is a path for those requiring easier accessibility to upper units.
